The SNB-N series brake enjoys a broad range of applications and is unconstrained due to its dual functionality of braking and holding. It can be employed in various mechanical systems that demand rapid braking and holding, such as automated production lines, robot joints, and transmission devices, among others. Braking function: When the coil is not powered, the armature is pressed against the friction disc by spring force to achieve braking effect.
Maintain function: In the braking state, it can stably maintain the static state of the mechanical system to prevent accidental movement.
Fast response: Using electromagnetic principles, the coil quickly attracts the armature after being energized, releases the brake, and achieves fast response.
Manual release: For some models (1.2-10), a manual release function is provided, which can release the brake by specifying the bolt, facilitating equipment installation and maintenance.
Gap adjustment: Some models support gap adjustment, which can adjust the gap between the armature and the magnetic yoke according to actual usage to ensure braking effect.
