The SRG series linear guide has many remarkable advantages. Its rollers are evenly spaced and arranged and circulate through the roller retainers. This design cleverly prevents the rollers from displacing when the slider reaches the load area, greatly minimizes the fluctuation of rolling resistance, and thus achieves an extremely stable motion state.

The SRG type realizes smooth motion with low friction by virtue of the roller retainers. Ultra-high rigidity:

By using high-rigidity rollers as rolling elements and making the total length of the rollers 1.5 times or more that of the roller diameter, higher rigidity can be obtained.

Four-way equal load:

To ensure that the linear guide slider has the same rated load in four action directions (radial, anti-radial, and lateral), each rolling column row is designed with a contact angle of 45° configuration, thus having high rigidity in all directions.

Achieving smooth motion by preventing offset:

Using roller retainers to evenly separate and arrange the rollers for circulation can prevent roller displacement when the slider reaches the load area and minimize the fluctuation of rolling resistance, thereby achieving smooth and stable motion.

Long-term maintenance-free operation:

SRG type lubrication hole:

The SRG type allows lubrication from both the side and top surfaces of the linear guide slider. To prevent foreign objects from entering the linear guide slider, the standard component does not have a drilled-through lubrication hole. If using lubrication holes, please consult.
