Linear guide QRW30CC has ultra-high rigidity in all directions. The QR series linear guide not only improves high-speed performance by installing a patented synchronous coupling, but also replaces the ball with a roller type rolling element. Through the linear contact between the roller, guide rail, and slider, the elastic deformation of the roller under load is effectively reduced. This not only greatly improves the rigidity of the linear guide, but also maintains high-precision machining at high speeds.

Self lubricating design without adding oil

The synchronous coupling of the patent is designed with an oil storage space in the middle interval, which can supply the lubrication needs of the steel ball during operation. When passing through the directional rotating part, the lubricating oil can be evenly replenished in the oil storage space, continuing to evenly lubricate the steel ball. Therefore, the frequency of supplementing lubricating oil can be effectively reduced.

Improve smoothness of movement

When traditional linear guides without synchronous couplings start running, the steel balls on the load side will move first, and then push the rotating part in the direction to collide with the steel balls on the unloaded side, causing a chain reaction of back and forth collisions, resulting in significant fluctuations in frictional resistance. The flange type slider has machined installation screw holes at the flange for installation, and is also suitable for the installation of the lower lock.
